Order Cancellation
- Once an order is successfully placed, it is immediately processed to ensure freshness and timely dispatch. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
- We request all customers to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.
- If you need assistance regarding your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the processing stage.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Upon verification, VMS may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the nature of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery
- We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and in the best possible condition.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner’s operations. VMS is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.
Fraud Prevention
VMS reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse service if we detect fraudulent activity, payment irregularities, misuse of promotional offers, or any violation of our Terms & Conditions.
